Returns
Unused pieces in their original packaging, with all parts included, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Pieces that have been installed, hardwired or altered can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.
How to request a return
Email hello@aldworthgroups.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
